Download Amcrest View on your mobile device:
(Requires iOS 6.0 or later)
(Requires Android 3.0 or later)
The Live View screen will appear. Tap the menu icon in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
Select "Device Manager" from the menu.
Next, tap the plus icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen or tap “Add Device” at the bottom to continue.
On the bottom click "DVR/NVR"
scan your camera’s the QR code which is located at the bottom of the device. Alternatively, you can
"Enter S/N Manually"
Your mobile device may request permissions to allow the application to use your camera.
Give your device a name. This name will be visible throughout the Amcrest View app when selecting it from a device list for playback or live viewing. If you already have a user-name and password enter it now. Chose a name for your DVR. Enter your device Serial Nr. The username and password are defaulted to admin. You will be prompted later to create a new password. It is highly recommended to create a secure password to prevent attacks or unauthorized access of the camera. The password can be up to 32 characters in length. Tap “Next” to continue.
The live stream from your camera will be presented in the Live View screen.
